Project Overview
King Abdul Aziz Road (KAAR) is a unique urban re-generation scheme aimed at providing hotel & residential accommodation, commercial/retail spaces, car parking, public spaces and public amenities to support religious, social and commercial activities to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and other visitors and local residents all year round.
The road stretches from Jabal Omar Development Project in the east to Mecca Third Ring Road in the west for a length of 3.65 Km and connects to the First Ring Road, Second Ring Road, Al Mansour Road and Abudallah Araif Road and the Third Ring Road along its length through grade separated interchanges.
